Description

  • Develop, execute, and scale backlink and link acquisition strategies aligned with long-term organic growth goals.
  • Evaluate website quality and analyze link profiles using metrics such as DR, DA, and organic traffic.
  • Manage end-to-end outreach campaigns through email and text to secure placements on relevant, high-authority publication sites.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture a network of publishers, media partners, and webmasters.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to align link acquisition efforts with SEO product goals and company growth targets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on link-building performance and its impact on organic visibility.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of dedicated experience in link building and acquisition.
  • Background in SEO agencies, SaaS, iGaming, or affiliate marketing is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and Majestic.
  • Exceptional written English communication skills with proven email/text outreach and negotiation experience.
  • Strong data competency with the ability to assess contextual relevance and domain authority beyond vanity metrics.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote startup environment.
  • Must be legally resident and authorized to work from an EU country.
