Description

  • Design and continuously improve 101 and 201 training curricula covering Claude capabilities, the Anthropic API, prompting, and integration patterns.
  • Develop enablement assets such as slide decks, hands-on labs, quick-reference guides, certification assessments, and recorded content.
  • Structure training using instructional design principles that support retention and behavior change.
  • Keep curricula current as new Claude models and platform capabilities are released.
  • Deliver live virtual and in-person training sessions to internal teams, partners, and clients.
  • Tailor enablement content for audiences ranging from non-technical users to developers and solution architects.
  • Demo Claude capabilities, prompting techniques, API usage, and integration patterns, and answer technical questions live.
  • Provide office hours and follow-up technical support after formal training sessions.
  • Own and evolve the internal Anthropic certification program across 101 and 201 tracks.
  • Track certification status, completion rates, and training effectiveness, and report program health to leadership.
  • Partner with Delivery, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product teams to identify enablement gaps and prioritize training.
  • Gather learner feedback and iterate on content quality, pacing, and format.
  • Travel as needed to deliver on-site training at client sites, offsites, and events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or a related customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong technical foundation with comfort using APIs and integrations, and hands-on experience with Claude or comparable LLM platforms.
  • Experience designing and delivering tiered curricula such as 101 and 201 training for mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person formats.
  • Strong instructional design skills focused on retention, not just information transfer.
  • Anthropic Certified Trainer credential, or willingness to obtain it within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Clear, structured written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Preferred experience training on AI/ML products, developer platforms, or enterprise SaaS tools.
  • Preferred experience with curriculum design frameworks such as ADDIE or adult-learning methodologies.
  • Preferred experience building or administering certification or LMS-based programs.
  • Preferred background in software engineering, data science, or solutions architecture.
  • Preferred familiarity with ServiceNow AI Agents or similar workflow automation platforms.
