Description

  • Deploy and operationalize agentic AI workflows, assistants, automations, and integrations in ServiceNow and enterprise environments.
  • Translate customer requirements and processes into technical architectures, implementation plans, and production-ready solutions.
  • Build generative AI applications using Claude, Anthropic APIs, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and multi-step orchestration.
  • Develop secure integrations across ServiceNow, enterprise APIs, data platforms, identity systems, databases, and AI services.
  • Create prototypes, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, reusable solution patterns, prompt libraries, and deployment assets.
  • Design evaluation, monitoring, validation, and human-in-the-loop processes for AI quality, safety, reliability, cost, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize AI workflows, retrieval pipelines, model behavior, integrations, permissions, latency, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with customers, consultants, product teams, data engineers, AI/ML engineers, and ServiceNow teams throughout delivery.
  • Contribute reusable components, standards, playbooks, and product feedback to NewRocket’s Intelligence Platform, dashboards, data platform, and Agent Packs.
  • Communicate AI capabilities, limitations, risks, tradeoffs, and adoption considerations to technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, enterprise platforms, workflow automation, or related technical delivery roles.
  • Hands-on experience with full-stack development, scripting, APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, or cloud-native applications.
  • Experience building, deploying, or supporting AI/LLM applications, automations, conversational experiences, RAG systems, or agentic workflows.
  • Production experience integrating APIs, enterprise applications, data platforms, or workflow systems.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, context windows, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
  • Understanding of responsible AI, sensitive-data protection, identity and access controls, human oversight, AI safety, and secure deployment.
  • Experience in customer-facing engineering, consulting, solutions architecture, technical implementation, or professional services.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and ambiguity-management skills; willingness to travel approximately 25%.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with Claude, the Anthropic API, Anthropic Console, Claude Code, MCP, or Anthropic training.
  • Preferred: ServiceNow development or configuration experience, including IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Agents, CMDB, ITSM, CSM, or HRSD.
  • Preferred: Experience with vector databases, orchestration frameworks, AI observability, Docker, CI/CD, SQL, Git, infrastructure-as-code, or secure cloud deployment.
