Description

Deploy and operationalize agentic AI workflows, assistants, automations, and integrations in customer environments.
Translate customer requirements and processes into technical architectures and production-ready AI solutions.
Build generative AI applications using Claude, LLM platforms, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and orchestration.
Develop secure integrations among ServiceNow, enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, identity systems, and AI services.
Create prototypes, demonstrations, pilots, reusable implementation patterns, prompt libraries, and deployment assets.
Develop AI evaluation, monitoring, validation, regression-testing, and responsible-AI controls.
Troubleshoot and optimize model behavior, retrieval pipelines, integrations, permissions, reliability, latency, and cost.
Collaborate with consulting, product, data, AI/ML, ServiceNow, and customer teams throughout delivery.
Contribute reusable components, standards, product feedback, and platform capabilities to NewRocket’s AI products and Agent Packs.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, enterprise platforms, workflow automation, or related technical delivery roles.
Hands-on experience with full-stack development, scripting, APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, or cloud-native applications.
Experience building, deploying, or supporting AI/LLM applications, RAG systems, conversational experiences, or agentic workflows.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of prompt and context engineering, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
Understanding of responsible AI, sensitive-data protection, access controls, human oversight, AI safety, and secure deployment.
Experience in customer-facing engineering, consulting, solutions architecture, technical implementation, or professional services.
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders, manage ambiguity, prioritize work, and travel approximately 25%.
Preferred: Anthropic API or Claude experience, ServiceNow development, MCP, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, AI observability, Docker, CI/CD, SQL, Git, or infrastructure-as-code.
