Description

  • Deploy and operationalize agentic AI workflows, assistants, automations, and integrations in ServiceNow and enterprise ecosystems.
  • Translate customer requirements and processes into technical architectures, implementation plans, and production-ready solutions.
  • Build LLM applications using Claude and other platforms, including prompt/context engineering, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and orchestration.
  • Develop secure integrations, microservices, scripts, APIs, and supporting interfaces across enterprise systems and data sources.
  • Create prototypes, demonstrations, pilots, reusable solution patterns, prompt libraries, and deployment assets.
  • Evaluate AI solutions for accuracy, groundedness, safety, latency, cost, task completion, and user experience.
  • Implement responsible AI safeguards, access controls, human review workflows, validation, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize AI workflows, retrieval pipelines, integrations, permissions, data quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with customers, consultants, product teams, engineers, ServiceNow teams, and the AI Center of Excellence.
  • Contribute customer insights, reusable components, evaluation frameworks, and delivery standards to NewRocket’s AI platforms and accelerators.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, enterprise platforms, workflow automation, or related technical delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with full-stack development, scripting, APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, or cloud-native applications.
  • Experience building, deploying, or supporting AI/LLM applications, RAG systems, conversational experiences, automations, or agentic workflows.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or comparable cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, context windows, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
  • Understanding of responsible AI, sensitive-data handling, access controls, human oversight, AI safety, and secure deployment.
  • Customer-facing experience in engineering, consulting, technical implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, manage ambiguity, prioritize work, and travel approximately 25%.
  • Preferred: Anthropic API/Claude, MCP, ServiceNow, vector databases, LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex/Semantic Kernel, AI observability, Docker, CI/CD, SQL, Git, and infrastructure-as-code experience.
