Description

  • Deploy, configure, and operationalize agentic workflows, AI assistants, and automations across ServiceNow and enterprise ecosystems.
  • Translate customer requirements and business processes into technical architectures, implementation plans, and production-ready solutions.
  • Build AI applications using Claude, LLM APIs, prompt and context engineering, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and agentic orchestration.
  • Develop secure integrations among ServiceNow, enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, identity systems, and AI services.
  • Create prototypes, demonstrations, proofs of concept, reusable prompts, integrations, templates, and deployment assets.
  • Evaluate AI quality, reliability, safety, latency, cost, and user experience through testing, metrics, regression testing, and monitoring.
  • Implement responsible AI safeguards, including access controls, sensitive-data protections, validation, fallback handling, and human review.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize AI workflows, retrieval pipelines, integrations, model behavior, permissions, performance, and costs.
  • Collaborate with customers, consultants, product teams, data engineers, AI/ML engineers, and ServiceNow teams throughout delivery.
  • Contribute customer insights, reusable components, evaluation frameworks, and best practices to NewRocket’s AI platforms and Agent Packs.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, enterprise platforms, workflow automation, or related technical delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with full-stack development, scripting, APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, or cloud-native applications.
  • Experience building, deploying, or supporting AI/LLM applications, RAG systems, conversational experiences, automations, or agentic workflows.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, context windows, token usage, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
  • Understanding of responsible AI, hallucination mitigation, sensitive-data handling, identity and access controls, human oversight, and secure AI deployment.
  • Experience in customer-facing engineering, consulting, technical implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and business stakeholders, manage ambiguity, and travel approximately 25%.
  • Preferred: Anthropic API/Claude, MCP, ServiceNow, LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex/Semantic Kernel, vector databases, AI observability, Docker, CI/CD, SQL, Git, and infrastructure-as-code experience.
