Description

  • Oversee on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery across the assigned AI Foundry and Anthropic portfolio.
  • Manage executive client relationships, delivery health reviews, escalations, risks, governance, and value realization.
  • Lead delivery of AI strategy, Claude-powered applications, RAG, agentic AI, workflow automation, ServiceNow integration, governance, and managed AI services.
  • Ensure clear scopes, milestones, acceptance criteria, dependencies, change controls, and responsible AI safeguards.
  • Oversee portfolio forecasting, revenue, utilization, backlog, bookings conversion, margins, costs, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with Sales and Solution Consulting on proposals, SOWs, estimates, solution shaping, staffing, and sales-to-delivery transitions.
  • Coach and develop multidisciplinary teams while building inclusive, high-performing, globally distributed delivery organizations.
  • Drive account expansion, new bookings, client retention, and growth of AI Foundry, Anthropic, ServiceNow, and managed-services offerings.
  • Improve delivery methodologies, governance processes, playbooks, accelerators, operational handoffs, and continuous-learning practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, technology delivery, digital transformation, enterprise platforms, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in program/project management, delivery leadership, or client engagement management.
  • 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, account delivery leadership, or P&L/margin accountability.
  • 5+ years of people-management experience, including coaching and developing technical or cross-functional teams.
  • 2+ years of delivery leadership on enterprise AI or GenAI programs, including at least one production LLM or agentic deployment.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise delivery, portfolio governance, financial management, forecasting, margins, utilization, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, Claude, RAG, agentic AI, cloud platforms, data readiness, governance, security, and adoption.
  • Broad understanding of ServiceNow platforms, enterprise workflows, integrations, and AI-enabled experiences.
  • Experience with complex enterprise programs, distributed teams, executive governance, pre-sales, SOW development, estimation, or account growth.
  • Preferred experience with Anthropic/Claude, ServiceNow professional services, responsible AI, globally distributed teams, or high-growth consulting organizations.
  • Preferred certifications include Agile, Scrum, PMP, ServiceNow, cloud, AI/ML, responsible AI, or Anthropic-related credentials.
