Description

  • Deploy and operationalize agentic AI workflows, assistants, automations, and integrations in ServiceNow and enterprise environments.
  • Translate customer processes and objectives into technical architectures, implementation plans, and production-ready solutions.
  • Build generative AI applications using Claude, LLM APIs, prompt and context engineering, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and orchestration.
  • Develop secure integrations among ServiceNow, enterprise systems, APIs, identity platforms, data sources, and AI services.
  • Create demos, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, reusable implementation patterns, prompt libraries, and deployment assets.
  • Evaluate AI solutions for relevance, accuracy, groundedness, safety, latency, cost, and user experience; implement testing and regression processes.
  • Apply responsible AI controls, including access permissions, sensitive-data safeguards, human oversight, validation, fallback handling, and prompt-injection protections.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize AI workflows, retrieval pipelines, integrations, model behavior, performance, reliability, and cost.
  • Collaborate with customers, consultants, product teams, AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and ServiceNow teams throughout delivery.
  • Contribute customer-driven improvements, reusable components, standards, documentation, and product capabilities to NewRocket’s AI platforms and Agent Packs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, enterprise platforms, workflow automation, or related technical delivery roles.
  • Hands-on experience with full-stack development, scripting, APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, or cloud-native applications.
  • Experience building, deploying, or supporting AI/LLM applications, RAG systems, AI automations, conversational experiences, or agentic workflows.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, context windows, token usage, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool calling, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
  • Understanding of responsible AI, sensitive-data handling, identity and access controls, human oversight, AI safety, and secure deployment.
  • Experience in customer-facing engineering, consulting, technical implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts, manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and travel approximately 25%.
  • Preferred: Anthropic API or Claude experience, MCP, ServiceNow development, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Agents, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, AI observability, Docker, CI/CD, SQL, Git, or infrastructure-as-code.
