Description

  • Maintain and update technical onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Work with subject matter experts to edit course content using video, Articulate Rise, or other learning design software.
  • Facilitate and support new hire onboarding Slack channels, including completions and questions.
  • Work with leaders to ensure timely completion of onboarding programs.
  • Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to create meaningful learning experiences that build core competencies and technical skills.
  • Identify, operationalize, and track program metrics and key performance indicators, including surveys and productivity measures.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate assigned technical learning events.
  • Serve as the learning management system administrator for the Engineering, Product, and Design organization.
  • Provide completion data and reports as needed and facilitate course enrollments.
  • Load, maintain, and improve EPD course content and develop new internal training content and programs when gaps are identified.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience working with software development teams as a technical program manager.
  • 2+ years of experience implementing learning and development practices for highly technical teams.
  • Experience with learning management system implementation and system administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, instructional design, learning and development, or a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Experience using course development software (preferred).
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferred).
  • Ability to anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs against technical constraints (preferred).
  • Ability to drive programs with significant ambiguity and help define clarity (preferred).
  • Must be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment (preferred).
