Description

  • Drive acquisition, onboarding, monetization, organic growth, and retention across New Relic’s web properties.
  • Improve Drupal architecture and automated testing to support increasing feature velocity and scaling needs.
  • Participate in the design process by providing technical feedback and suggestions to the creative team.
  • Formulate content models, security models, workflows, and templates, and develop Drupal components and modules.
  • Contribute to the technical aspects of New Relic’s public web properties to improve customer experience and content authoring.
  • Improve feature delivery speed and reliability through A/B testing, operational insights, and analysis of user behavior data.
  • Lead and contribute to architecture and implementation decisions within the team.
  • Identify blockers and work across teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of professional work experience.
  • 6+ years of full-stack development experience across front end and back end.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React, Node.js, MVC, MySQL, NoSQL, and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong expertise in Drupal 9/10 development.
  • Solid understanding of PHP, Symfony, Twig, CSS, Git, and JavaScript.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with regular production delivery using Agile techniques, tools, and methodologies.
  • Collaborative work style that includes colleagues in important decisions and supports shared code ownership.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Tailwind CSS, Eleventy, and/or Svelte JS is preferred.
  • Experience working at enterprise scale across multiple tech stacks and partner teams is preferred.
  • Experience providing technical mentorship and helping teammates level up is preferred.
