Description

  • Develop deep expertise in New Relic products and services.
  • Partner with sales to identify and pursue expansion opportunities with existing customers.
  • Design and execute proof-of-concept and pilot engagements that demonstrate New Relic’s value against customer business metrics and outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve critical business and technical issues raised by customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Contribute directly to revenue goals for the assigned Commercial segment.
  • Collaborate with the broader account team to strategize on business and technical problems.
  • Provide product feedback to help shape enhancements that address customer needs and create additional value.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and executives and help create champions within the customer base.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as speaking at industry events, user groups, conferences, customer references, and social media campaigns.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience and understanding of monitoring and observability.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, DevOps, CI/CD, AIOps, logging, data analytics, and visualization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of value-based selling in customer-facing roles.
  • Passion and energy for technology with a desire to learn.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Ability to complete identity and work-eligibility verification and a criminal background check as part of the hiring process.
  • Some New Relic roles may require passing an export compliance assessment.
  • Preferred consideration for applicants with arrest or conviction records will follow applicable law, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
