Description

  • Lead and own the technical solution design for Agentforce-based implementations.
  • Design Agentforce solutions, including topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
  • Deep dive into the limits and boundaries of Agentforce agents to find novel solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
  • Oversee and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment.
  • Stay current on new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.
  • Build compelling Agentforce-powered experiences and deliver business value to clients.
  • Work with the AI team to support customer-facing solutions and successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in application and software development.
  • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of modern languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
  • Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies, including HTML/CSS.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical details to all audiences.
  • Experience using source control with branching and pull request strategies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
  • Experience working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities (preferred).
  • Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus, especially Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist certifications (preferred).
