Description

Lead and own the technical solution design for Agentforce implementations.
Design Agentforce solutions including topics, instructions, actions, automation or code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
Deep dive into the limits and boundaries of Agentforce agents to identify effective solutions.
Collaborate with customers, project managers, solution architects, developers, and UX designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
Oversee and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment.
Stay current on new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.
Build compelling Agentforce-powered experiences for users and help deliver business value to clients.
Work with the AI team to develop and execute technical solutions for Agentforce and related technologies.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in application and software development.
4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of modern languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
Experience developing Salesforce technologies such as Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies, including HTML and CSS.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical details to different audiences.
Experience using source control and branching or pull request strategies.
Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
Experience with Agentic AI systems and Generative AI capabilities is preferred.
Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus, preferably Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist certifications.
