Description

Design and refine client-specific prompts to improve accuracy and relevance.
Define tool descriptions for agentic frameworks to enhance AI interactions.
Optimize prompts for clarity and performance.
Automate prompt testing with scripts and evaluate LLMs for the best-fit solutions.
Develop evaluation frameworks and benchmark prompts to establish best practices.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Data Science teams on customized AI solutions.
Maintain clear documentation on prompt development and optimization.
Stay current on NLP advancements and experiment with new prompting strategies.
Refine model-specific adaptations based on research and testing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning principles.
Experience with AI prompt engineering, including writing, optimizing, and evaluating prompts.
Proficiency in Python.
Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science (preferred).
Experience with large language models such as GPT-3, GPT-4, and Llama3 (preferred).
Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques (preferred).
Background in linguistics or computational linguistics (preferred).
Experience with agile development methodologies (preferred).
