Description

  • Design and implement production AI systems end-to-end, from requirements gathering through deployment.
  • Independently propose architectures, evaluate tradeoffs, and refine requirements with product managers.
  • Build and maintain orchestration flows for agentic and conversational AI applications.
  • Develop and run multi-agent systems with agent-to-agent communication, tool use, and human-in-the-loop patterns for one role.
  • Instrument AI systems in production with tracing, logging, metrics, guardrails, and latency monitoring.
  • Create and maintain evaluation frameworks, including golden datasets, offline tests, online monitoring, and LLM-as-a-judge workflows.
  • Define evaluation strategies, track regressions, and use evaluation results to guide engineering decisions.
  • Integrate and work with frameworks and platforms such as LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, OpenAI, A2A, Amazon Bedrock, and AgentCore.
  • Build reliable structured-output and completion logic for conversational LLM systems for one role.

Requirements

  • English working proficiency.
  • Experience designing production AI systems end-to-end, from requirements to deployment.
  • Ability to independently propose architectures, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive implementation with limited supervision.
  • Real hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining production evaluation frameworks, including golden datasets, offline evaluations, online quality monitoring, and LLM-as-a-judge approaches.
  • Experience with AI observability tools and practices such as tracing, prompt/output logging, eval pipelines, guardrail metrics, and latency metrics, using tools like Arize, Braintrust, or LangSmith.
  • Experience with MCP, OpenAI, A2A, Amazon Bedrock, or AgentCore.
  • Experience with agentic workflows, MCP servers, retrieval, and conversational agents.
  • For Role 1: deep experience building and running multi-agent systems in production, including orchestration, agent-to-agent communication, tool integration, MCP integration, and human-in-the-loop patterns under latency and cost constraints.
  • For Role 2: solid knowledge of conversational LLM systems, structured outputs, and production instrumentation, plus experience with voice or real-time agents such as STT/TTS and turn detection, and vision-language tasks.
