Description

  • Build and deploy research outreach campaigns at scale while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with researchers to refine recruitment plans, improve messaging, and increase participant engagement.
  • Keep study leads informed about recruitment progress, timelines, risks, and blockers.
  • Reassess priorities daily to meet tight deadlines and balance multiple study needs.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and manage incentive distribution.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation across research tools.
  • Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and escalate when needed to keep work on track.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in research coordination, participant recruitment, or project management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and strong follow-through.
  • Experience working directly with UX or marketing researchers.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Qualtrics, Braze, Iterable, Taxi, or similar.
  • Experience improving campaign performance through A/B testing or personalization.
  • Background in fast-paced tech, startup, or agency environments.
