Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing.
  • Conduct high-volume, high-quality discovery calls with prospective families.
  • Use consultative selling to uncover needs and recommend tailored learning solutions.
  • Build trust and urgency through value-driven conversations.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Work a full-time schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and a permanent split-shift after training.
  • Learn and use CRM tools, sales systems, and other technology to track performance and manage pipeline.
  • Participate in paid training and ongoing development focused on educational consulting and sales excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in quota-carrying roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in consultative, solution-based, or needs-based selling environments.
  • Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work all training hours and the permanent split-shift schedule after training.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and CRM tools quickly.
  • Stable, distraction-free remote work environment with reliable high-speed internet.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets in B2C or high-volume sales environments.
  • Experience in phone-based or inside sales with strong conversion metrics.
  • Comfort with CRM platforms, pipeline management, and data-driven performance tracking.
  • Background in edtech, SaaS, insurance, financial services, real estate, home services, or similar consultative B2C sales is a plus.
