Description

  • Handle inbound calls from new leads, referrals, and active clients and respond to client inquiries professionally.
  • Conduct outbound follow-ups via phone, SMS, and email, continuing daily outreach for up to 14 days as needed.
  • Qualify personal injury and mass tort cases against defined criteria and maintain strict adherence to intake scripts.
  • Guide qualified callers through next steps, obtain completed intakes, and secure signed engagement agreements and e-signatures.
  • Warm transfer qualified cases to attorneys or intake managers and coordinate required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed case notes and records in FileVine or other CRM/legal case management systems.
  • Escalate urgent situations related to injuries, medical needs, or legal deadlines to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Support surge intake needs during mass tort campaigns and adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken English and clear, professional written communication.
  • Prior experience in legal intake, personal injury, mass tort, healthcare intake, insurance claims, or regulated contact centers.
  • Comfort with consultative and persuasive conversations, including closing for next steps or signatures.
  • Ability to handle distressed or urgent callers with emotional control, empathy, and professionalism.
  • High attention to detail and strict adherence to intake scripts, qualification criteria, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience using CRM systems, legal case management tools (e.g., FileVine), or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with inbound and outbound communications across phone, SMS, and email.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and support surge campaigns.
