Description

  • Review and analyze clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to validate and clarify medical documentation.
  • Ensure documentation complies with clinical standards, guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Identify documentation gaps or discrepancies and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Assist in educating and training providers on documentation best practices.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities related to clinical documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of documentation activities.
  • Provide clinical insight into treatment progress, diagnoses, and outcomes.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Current and valid Physical Therapist license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist.
  • Availability to work Saturdays from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm EST.
  • Experience in clinical documentation or a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical documentation standards and medical terminology.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Own a computer or laptop with stable internet connectivity.
  • Knowledge of Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
