Description

Lead weekly 60-minute video working sessions with restaurant clients in English or Spanish.
Manage a portfolio of up to 18 restaurant clients and track progress toward their catering targets.
Build and update catering menus, per-person pricing, and online catering listings.
Maintain clients’ Google Business Profiles and website content.
Create catering procedures, packing guides, and staff training materials.
Prepare zoning and liquor permit forms and applications for clients to review, sign, and submit.
Guide clients through zoning and liquor permit processes while referring legal, financial, and tax questions to their professionals.
Track catering orders and weekly meal volumes, and maintain a session log after every client meeting.
Promptly escalate issues, opportunities, and SEO or social media requests to the owner.
Use delegated access to client accounts and maintain confidentiality of client information and business methods.

Requirements

Fluent written and spoken English.
Professional Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in account management, client success, or marketing, ideally supporting restaurants, hospitality businesses, or small businesses.
MBA or equivalent business experience at that level.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, video conferencing tools, CRM systems, and website editors.
Strong organization and ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern business hours, including primary client-session windows of 9:30–11:00 a.m. and 2:00–4:30 p.m. ET.
Restaurant or food service experience is preferred.
Experience with online ordering or catering platforms is preferred.
Graphic design or menu design skills are preferred.
