Description

  • Lead architectural decisions and evolve microservices while maintaining engineering best practices.
  • Develop scalable, resilient solutions and modernize legacy systems in a hands-on capacity.
  • Support the evolution of distributed systems and cloud-native platforms for real-time telemetry.
  • Collaborate with global teams in Brazil and the U.S. to ensure performance, security, and code quality.
  • Provide technical leadership and act as a technical reference for the team.

Requirements

  • Advanced English for conversational communication.
  • Strong experience in software engineering with a focus on microservices and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar.
  • Proven experience as a technical lead or technical reference.
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD, security, and high-quality coding standards.
  • Backend experience with Java (Spring Boot) or C#.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and global teams.
  • Preferred: experience with Angular or modern frontend frameworks.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Kafka, MQTT, MongoDB, and Postgres.
  • Preferred: experience with Keycloak and advanced security practices.
