Description

  • Design complex SAP Cloud for Customer landscapes with strong integration components.
  • Develop architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and integration designs.
  • Work with SAP CPI and related integration frameworks to enable system connectivity.
  • Support customer engagement scenarios by aligning SAP C4C solutions with S/4HANA processes and data models.
  • Configure systems, support data migration, and optimize performance.
  • Use OData services in solution design and implementation.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and communicate solutions.
  • Contribute to SAP CX-related integrations and solution planning where applicable.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with SAP Cloud for Customer (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud).
  • Proven experience designing complex SAP C4C landscapes with integration components.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP CPI capabilities and related integration frameworks.
  • Understanding of S/4HANA processes and data models relevant to customer engagement scenarios.
  • Hands-on experience with OData services.
  • Practical experience with system configuration, data migration, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to produce architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and integration designs.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Cloud for Customer (preferred).
  • Exposure to SAP CX portfolio products such as Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, and Commerce Cloud (preferred).
  • Familiarity with modern integration practices such as REST APIs and event-driven architecture (preferred).
  • Experience with agile methodologies and the SAP Activate framework (preferred).
  • Technical background in software engineering, system integration, or cloud development is a plus.
