Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI agent implementations.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and recommend improvements for AI platform performance, scalability, and security.
  • Design and deploy production-grade AI systems while contributing high-impact code.
  • Architect stateful, multi-agent workflows using LangGraph for enterprise reliability and scale.
  • Integrate LangFuse for tracing, prompt versioning, and rigorous evaluation of AI systems.
  • Define engineering blueprints and reusable patterns for RAG architecture, tool-calling, context window optimization, and prompt engineering.
  • Benchmark new LLM providers and orchestration frameworks to keep the stack current.
  • Build frameworks that enable autonomous agents to operate within enterprise governance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in cloud computing architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML platform architecture and development.
  • 2+ years of recent experience with generative AI and agentic architectures in production applications.
  • Demonstrated track record of shipping AI applications to production environments, not just prototypes.
  • Hands-on experience with LangGraph for stateful, cyclic, multi-agent workflows at enterprise scale.
  • Hands-on experience with LangFuse for tracing, evaluation, prompt management, and dataset-driven testing.
  • Python proficiency and strong engineering fundamentals, including testing, CI/CD, and architecture.
  • Cloud AI deployment experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including containerization and inference cost management.
  • RAG architecture knowledge, including vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval strategies.
