Description

  • Apply user-centered design practices with strong UX and UI focus across digital products and services.
  • Participate in business understanding analysis and define the end user for the product or service.
  • Conduct heuristic evaluations.
  • Create interaction flows.
  • Apply information architecture activities.
  • Apply user experience and usability best practices.
  • Develop site maps, content flows, and related navigation structures.
  • Build interactive prototypes.
  • Work with Design Systems and UI Kits.
  • Review development quality, usability definitions, and interactions.
  • Use user research tools and processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in roles such as Project Design Lead, UX Design Lead, or similar positions with comparable responsibilities.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in UX Design, Visual Design, Design Systems, Atomic Design, or similar approaches.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and autonomous use of frameworks such as Design Thinking, Customer Experience, Jobs To Be Done, Business Design, Strategic Design, and Behavioral Design.
  • Mandatory experience using Design Thinking and at least 2 of the other listed frameworks.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with high ability to synthesize, analyze, interpret, and argue ideas.
  • High level of effective communication with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Basic ability to analyze and interpret data, define KPIs, manage backlogs, roadmaps, and project value propositions.
  • Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience leading people with empathy, assertiveness, and autonomy.
