Description

  • Participate in business understanding and define the target end user for the product or service.
  • Apply user-centered design practices with strong focus on UX and UI.
  • Conduct heuristic evaluations to identify usability issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Create interaction flows, site maps, and content flows.
  • Apply information architecture activities and user experience usability best practices.
  • Develop interactive prototypes for digital products and services.
  • Work with design systems and UI kits to maintain consistency across experiences.
  • Review development quality to ensure usability and interaction definitions are properly implemented.
  • Use user research tools and processes to inform design decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Project Design Lead, UX Design Lead, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in UX Design, Visual Design, Design Systems, Atomic Design, or similar approaches.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks such as Design Thinking, Customer Experience, Jobs To Be Done, Business Design, Strategic Design, and Behavioral Design.
  • Mandatory experience using Design Thinking and at least 2 of the other listed frameworks.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to synthesize, analyze, interpret, and present ideas effectively to stakeholders at different levels.
  • Basic experience analyzing and interpreting data, defining KPIs, managing backlogs and roadmaps, and proposing project value propositions.
  • Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams with empathy, assertiveness, and autonomy.
