Description

  • Analyze operational, IT, and ServiceNow/ITSM datasets to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Build and optimize complex SQL queries and data transformations in BigQuery and GCP.
  • Develop automation and data-processing scripts using Python or equivalent scripting languages.
  • Create dashboards and reporting solutions in Tableau and/or Grafana.
  • Work with senior leadership and other stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Use AI tools to improve analytics productivity and reporting workflows.
  • Contribute to cloud data engineering and pipeline architecture improvements.
  • Operate independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver under pressure.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or related roles with strong exposure to operational analytics.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex query design and performance optimization.
  • Strong experience with Python or equivalent scripting for automation and data processing.
  • Proven experience building dashboards with Tableau and/or Grafana.
  • Hands-on experience analyzing ServiceNow or ITSM datasets and understanding their underlying data structures.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or similar for analytics and productivity.
  • Proficiency with Git, VS Code, and modern development workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
  • Advanced English proficiency (required).
  • Experience in IT operations, NOC environments, or incident management analytics (preferred).
  • Background in data engineering and pipeline architecture within cloud environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar frameworks (preferred).
  • Exposure to AI-driven analytics, automation, or natural language reporting tools (preferred).
  • Experience contributing to architecture decisions or platform-level improvements (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on speed, accuracy, and business impact (preferred).
