Description

  • Lead the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of the SAP QM module in ECC and S/4HANA environments.
  • Manage quality processes including inspections, lots, certifications, notifications, and corrective action management.
  • Collaborate with PP and other integrated functional teams to ensure proper production and quality process flow.
  • Participate in international projects by coordinating deliverables and supporting communication across multicultural teams.
  • Perform functional analysis, resolve complex incidents, and propose improvements to quality processes.
  • Support key users through training, integrated testing, and functional documentation.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as an SAP QM Consultant.
  • Strong functional experience with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP PP with a focus on integration with quality processes.
  • Experience working on international projects with global and multicultural teams.
  • Proven experience configuring quality processes, inspections, lots, and nonconformity management.
  • SAP QM certification or certification in related modules is preferred.
  • Additional knowledge of other SAP modules such as MM or PM is preferred.
  • Experience in automation or digitalization of quality processes is preferred.
  • Experience in S/4HANA transformation projects is preferred.
