Description

  • Define the vision and roadmap for Nebius’ security products.
  • Own ideation, postmortems, prioritization, backlog management, and customer feedback processes.
  • Guide new security features, systems, and services from inception to launch.
  • Lead public-facing communications about security updates and compliance changes.
  • Coordinate customer messaging during security incidents, including emails, press releases, and FAQs.
  • Conduct ongoing research on security benchmarks, standards, technologies, and competitor certifications.
  • Identify gaps in the product security posture and propose differentiating strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the CISO office to gather evidence and implement enhancements for certifications.
  • Own some security-related services of the cloud platform.
  • Maintain the certification roadmap and communicate timelines, goals, and status to leadership and sales.
  • Align security goals with other product roadmaps and external messaging.
  • Work with security, GRC, corporate security, legal, and customer-facing teams to support product enhancements and client inquiries.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management or Program Management experience focused on security initiatives.
  • Basic knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
  • Familiarity with how compliance frameworks translate into business value.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in a customer-friendly manner.
  • Experience writing content and speaking at webinars or conferences is preferred.
  • Stakeholder management skills across product, security, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define success metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project management skills for managing inter-team collaboration and cross-functional delivery.
  • Ability to work on company-wide projects aligned with compliance goals.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are an added bonus.
  • Prior experience in regulated industries is an added bonus.
  • Prior experience working for a cloud service provider is an added bonus.
