Description

  • Manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously across global indirect categories.
  • Prepare and administer RFPs, RFQs, RFI requests, bids, tenders, and risk evaluations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through competitive bidding and supplier selection processes.
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with suppliers to reduce operational, legal, and financial risk.
  • Source services and goods using strategic procurement methods to ensure uninterrupted supply.
  • Evaluate supplier proposals against budgetary expectations and company policies.
  • Analyze sourcing trends and make corresponding procurement decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel as needed on contract matters.
  • Meet with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure requirements and expectations are understood.
  • Track performance against department KPI goals and complete assigned procurement duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent education and professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional procurement experience.
  • Mandatory experience with SaaS engagements and professional services.
  • Proven expertise in procurement processes, vendor management, negotiation, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of business and third-party services purchasing, especially project-based contracts and service requirements.
  • Experience in a high-performance, complex organization with multiple systems and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and the full Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with the ZIP procurement system is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of application and provide proof of employment eligibility if hired.
