Description

  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across IT systems and SaaS platforms.
  • Develop integrations between Microsoft services, Google Workspace, and other tools using APIs.
  • Automate operational tasks such as user management, notifications, data synchronization, and access workflows.
  • Implement reliable and secure automation with logging, monitoring, and error handling.
  • Optimize existing processes to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to deliver automation solutions.
  • Document workflows, scripts, and integrations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation, scripting, or IT infrastructure in enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Strong experience with Google Workspace administration at a basic level.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Automation, Functions, and Logic Apps.
  • Strong understanding of automation patterns, including event-driven and scheduled workflows.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS integrations and API-based workflows.
  • Strong understanding of authentication basics such as OAuth and OpenID Connect.
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Jira, Git, and basic CI/CD.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Slack API or Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Admin SDK is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Azure Monitor and Log Analytics is preferred.
  • Experience in large-scale or multi-system environments is preferred.
