Description

  • Lead product initiatives that drive merchant adoption and reduce friction throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Redesign onboarding into intuitive self-serve workflows that allow merchants to launch independently.
  • Optimize messaging, design, and funnel performance to increase shipping protection attach rates.
  • Own integration strategy across e-commerce platforms, support tools, ERPs, and Narvar’s internal product suite.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Use experimentation and A/B testing to improve conversion and customer experience.
  • Guide roadmap decisions using data analysis and performance insights.
  • Support broader platform coverage that reduces implementation lift for retailers and expands market reach.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering revenue-driving features.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce and merchant workflows.
  • Strong technical intuition and comfort managing integrations and backend complexity.
  • Demonstrated success optimizing user experience and improving conversion rates.
  • Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and using insights to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Direct experience owning buy-path e-commerce flows (preferred).
  • Comfort with data tools such as SQL, Looker, or similar (preferred).
  • Background in shipping, insurance, or risk-related fintech products (preferred).
  • Familiarity with insurance operations such as claims or compliance (preferred).
  • Experience with transactional or add-on revenue models (preferred).
  • Knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or BigCommerce (preferred).
  • Track record of building and managing third-party integrations (preferred).
