Description

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and display channels to drive acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize search engine marketing and organic search performance to increase visibility and traffic.
  • Run and improve paid social and retargeting campaigns across platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools to guide ongoing optimization.
  • Develop and manage A/B testing strategies for landing pages, ads, and website elements to improve conversion rates.
  • Oversee digital marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing technologies to refine strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing & Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or a technology-driven platform.
  • Strong expertise in paid media, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Experience in a startup or venture capital environment is a plus.
  • Passion for luxury watches and the collector ecosystem is a plus.
