Description

  • Lead multi-practice discovery sessions focused on business outcomes and client goals.
  • Own solution architecture and technical strategy for medium to large-scale opportunities from discovery through design validation and deal progression.
  • Identify cross-practice opportunities across networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering.
  • Drive architectural alignment and define clear execution pathways across practices.
  • Partner with Account Executives to influence deal strategy, qualification, and positioning.
  • Collaborate with Practice Directors and Principal Architects to validate solution designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and statements of work (SOWs).
  • Serve as a technical escalation point during advanced stages of the sales cycle.
  • Mentor CSAs and engineers on solution design, discovery methods, and consultative selling.
  • Develop reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and enablement resources.
  • Represent Myriad360 in senior-level client discussions, workshops, and technical briefings.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Demonstrated success designing and selling comprehensive, multi-domain enterprise solutions.
  • Advanced consultative discovery skills with the ability to guide client decision-making.
  • Broad technical proficiency across at least two Myriad360 core practice areas.
  • Ability to independently manage complex technical sales cycles.
  • Relevant OEM certifications are highly preferred.
  • Must be based in the United States and reside in Illinois.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
  • Experience mentoring or developing others is preferred.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-domain environments is preferred.
