Description

  • Architect server and storage solutions optimized for AI/ML and HPC workloads.
  • Design GPU-enabled compute platforms, including dense and scale-out architectures.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to align infrastructure designs with application and data requirements.
  • Develop reference architectures and best practices for AI-focused infrastructure deployments.
  • Evaluate and integrate technologies from vendors such as HPE, Dell, VAST Data, Pure Storage, DDN, and WEKA.
  • Support proof-of-concepts, benchmarking, and performance optimization for AI and HPC workloads.
  • Collaborate with networking architects and other cross-functional teams to deliver balanced, cohesive system designs.
  • Identify and escalate security risks and contribute to remediation efforts.
  • Complete required security awareness training and comply with company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%, including client sites, partner locations, and industry events.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in server and storage architecture.
  • Proven hands-on expertise with GPU-based compute platforms and AI workloads.
  • In-depth understanding of parallel file systems, high-performance storage, and complex data pipelines.
  • Experience designing infrastructure for machine learning training, inference, or HPC environments.
  • Ability to translate application and workload requirements into robust infrastructure designs.
  • Experience with NVIDIA DGX systems or equivalent GPU computing platforms.
  • Practical knowledge of VAST, Pure Storage, WEKA, or similar high-performance storage solutions.
  • Familiarity with virtualization, containerization, and bare-metal AI deployment environments.
