Description

  • Deliver trained and certified simulation scenarios accurately, reliably, and professionally in alignment with learning objectives.
  • Portray a variety of student perspectives and personality profiles using Mursion’s proprietary technology.
  • Facilitate reflection debriefs with learners and provide balanced, fair feedback and scoring on performance.
  • Complete required operational tasks, including attendance records and additional session forms.
  • Provide a welcoming, customer service-oriented host experience by explaining logistics, answering questions, and supporting learners throughout sessions.
  • Establish and enforce session policies, expectations, and learner privacy protections.
  • Organize and manage availability, session schedules, and other work-related tasks effectively.
  • Prioritize session delivery, training, meetings, and assigned tasks to meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Adhere to communication, intellectual property, and internal policy requirements.
  • Deliver equitable practice opportunities and maintain a psychologically safe, empathetic environment for diverse learners.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a professional actor, with improv experience strongly preferred.
  • Work experience outside of professional acting in customer-facing roles, preferably in customer service or hospitality.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM EST as requested.
  • Ability to consistently work 20–30 hours per week.
  • Ability to complete a 61-hour training plan independently and on time within 4 to 6 weeks while beginning delivery during training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work from a private, quiet location with a wired internet connection.
  • Minimum internet speeds of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, with 100+ Mbps download and 15+ Mbps upload recommended.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, adapt quickly, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
