Description

  • Write and execute manual test cases for platform features and collaborate with the QA team on simultaneous testing efforts.
  • Review code changes to determine what needs to be tested and where coverage is needed.
  • Plan and execute tests in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
  • Test core platform areas such as payment gateways, live chat, and video streaming technology.
  • Validate platform functionality across major web browsers, mobile devices, smart TVs, and video consoles.
  • Help assure quality for systems and services that support broadcaster and user interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve testing tools and contribute ideas for implementation.
  • Work independently and proactively to keep up with changing technology and testing needs.

Requirements

  • Experience with manual application testing.
  • Experience with white box testing.
  • Ability to write test cases independently.
  • Experience determining functional scope across a variety of projects.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting user issues.
  • Familiarity with Python or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Willingness to take a hands-on approach and dive into test execution details.
