Description

  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet client specifications and business objectives.
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Develop plugins, workflows, and customizations using C#, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Perform data migrations and maintain data integrity between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other applications.
  • Conduct unit testing and support client testing to validate solution requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, stakeholders, and clients to support successful implementation and customization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant or in a similar technical role.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and platform features.
  • Proficiency in C# and JavaScript; experience with .NET Framework is essential.
  • Experience with data integration and migration tools such as Microsoft SSIS or third-party connectors.
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud platform and Power Platform is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM are preferred.
