Description

  • Run and scale paid Bing Ads campaigns across a portfolio of accounts under the same brand.
  • Manage accounts with full ownership and minimal oversight.
  • Monitor performance and adjust campaigns based on changing numbers and results.
  • Communicate directly and flag issues quickly when problems arise.
  • Work closely with leadership, including direct collaboration with the CEO.
  • Track work time using the company’s time-tracking tool.
  • Operate within the company’s remote freelance workflow and reporting expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing real ad spend on Bing Ads / Microsoft Advertising.
  • Ability to show results from previous Bing Ads campaigns.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work without hand-holding.
  • Comfort with direct feedback, ambiguity, and fast-changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work as a fully remote freelancer.
  • Ability to accept performance-based compensation rather than a fixed monthly retainer.
  • Comfort with numbers changing week to week based on performance.
  • Willingness to sign an NDA with a non-compete clause.
  • Must include the word "whiskers" in the application.
