Description

  • Plan, review, and revise NetSuite functional configurations, customizations, automations, enhancements, and system maintenance.
  • Run business process testing across custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searches, reporting, and user roles.
  • Build and maintain reporting, integrations, and automation workflows to improve data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Research and resolve system issues and design new workflows.
  • Provide technical and functional support to internal users on an ongoing basis.
  • Act as a liaison with third-party vendor support.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend technologies that improve ERP-related business processes.
  • Partner with FP&A to deliver reporting insights, improve data integrity, and streamline financial analysis.
  • Lead new releases, test updates, and roll out new NetSuite features.
  • Drive end-to-end order-to-cash execution across billing, payments, and revenue operations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working with NetSuite, including customization, business operations, systems development, integration, and hands-on support.
  • Direct experience supporting and integrating NetSuite with business applications.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes.
  • Strong knowledge of application integration technologies and APIs.
  • Proven skills in SQL, JavaScript, and Excel formulas.
  • NetSuite certifications are required or strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and across multiple projects simultaneously.
