Description

  • Drive the software testing lifecycle by designing test plans and reviewing requirements and technical design documents.
  • Execute manual test scenarios for new features and bug fixes.
  • Coordinate and execute integration testing with the client and third-party teams.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA members, and the Delivery Manager to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts and Product Owners to define well-structured, testable user stories.
  • Support test management activities including test execution, reporting, and tracking.
  • Promote continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and evaluating new technologies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of software testing experience with a focus on automation.
  • Experience testing mobile applications on production-grade systems.
  • Good knowledge of at least one programming language: Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Experience with end-to-end automation tools/frameworks for mobile applications, such as Appium.
  • Experience with API testing and related tools such as Postman or Newman.
  • Experience using version control and defect tracking tools such as Git and Jira.
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail, a quality-focused mindset, and a can-do attitude.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work effectively as a collaborative team player.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, with an out-of-the-box approach.
  • Bash scripting and automation pipeline setup skills are a plus.
  • Performance/load testing experience is a plus.
  • ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus.
