Description

  • Design, build, and maintain the core infrastructure for the AI-Assisted SDLC Platform using Infrastructure as Code.
  • Ensure high availability and scalability for agent interactions across the platform.
  • Develop the production implementation that manages state, context, and human-approval gates between SDLC agents.
  • Build backend services for the VS Code extension and webhooks for GitHub pull request workflows.
  • Own the platform and drive automated, safe, and efficient delivery of new features and infrastructure changes.
  • Collaborate with LLM Engineers and software teams to translate agent communication requirements into a scalable technical architecture.
  • Iterate the platform based on real-world usage and operational feedback.
  • Integrate the platform with critical enterprise systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend engineer.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
  • Experience with container orchestration, especially Kubernetes.
  • Proven track record of designing and managing CI/CD pipelines for production systems.
  • Experience building or operating Platform as a Service (PaaS) or large-scale distributed systems in an enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with building applications powered by LLMs.
  • Experience architecting developer tools, IDE extensions such as VS Code extensions, or GitHub Apps (nice to have).
  • Experience building stateful, real-time web applications using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (nice to have).
  • Experience designing LLM-powered agents and multi-step agentic workflows for code generation or analysis (nice to have).
  • Professional fluency in Japanese, both written and spoken (nice to have).
