Description

Handle day-to-day pre-litigation case work.
Complete Flip-to-Lit approvals.
Guide clients through the case process.
Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
Complete TD approvals for liability issues.
Oversee settlement negotiations and prepare demand packages.
Manage the release approval process.
Supervise a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
Work on personal injury cases, primarily premises liability matters.
Drive compliance and KPI performance across the team.
Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.

Requirements

Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with the OH State Bar Association.
2+ years of personal injury experience.
Ability to manage a high-volume pre-litigation case load.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Self-starter with long-term career goals.
Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
Desire to become part of a trial team.
