Description

  • Handle day-to-day pre-litigation case work.
  • Complete Flip-to-Lit approvals.
  • Guide clients through the case process.
  • Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
  • Complete TD approvals for liability issues.
  • Oversee settlement negotiations and prepare demand packages.
  • Manage the release approval process.
  • Supervise a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
  • Work on personal injury cases, primarily premises liability matters.
  • Drive compliance and KPI performance across the team.
  • Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.

Requirements

  • Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the OH State Bar Association.
  • 2+ years of personal injury experience.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume pre-litigation case load.
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Self-starter with long-term career goals.
  • Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Desire to become part of a trial team.
