Description

Deliver estate planning, business formation, asset protection, and Medicaid/special needs planning services.
Review client intake data and documents prepared by the support team and provide tailored legal advice.
Conduct client consultations, primarily via Zoom.
Oversee each matter through completion with staff support.
Work with pre-qualified clients who have already completed intake.
Collaborate with a nationwide network of estate planning attorneys for referrals and support.

Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active bar license in good standing in [state].
Must currently reside in [state] and hold an active license to practice there.
Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning or a closely related practice area.
Demonstrated experience in Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning.
Multi-state licensure or reciprocity strongly preferred.
Current resume and a brief note on bar licensure(s) and primary practice focus required for application.
