Description

Handle medical malpractice, nursing home negligence/abuse, and wrongful death matters from pre-suit investigation through trial.
Manage a substantial caseload through all stages of litigation.
Build cases through discovery, expert development, depositions, and motion practice.
Prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, depositions, and trials.
Develop case strategies that maximize outcomes and accountability.
Guide clients and families with compassion and clarity during difficult matters.
Collaborate with medical experts and consultants.
Use the firm's technology suite to manage cases throughout their lifecycle.
Serve as a trusted advocate for clients seeking justice and closure.

Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with the applicable State Bar.
5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, ideally involving medical negligence/malpractice, catastrophic injury, and/or nursing home matters.
Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to independently manage a significant caseload.
Exceptional client communication and relationship-building abilities.
Driven, compassionate approach with motivation for meaningful work and long-term professional growth.
