Description

  • Handle medical malpractice, nursing home negligence/abuse, and wrongful death matters from pre-suit investigation through trial.
  • Manage a substantial caseload through all stages of litigation.
  • Build cases through discovery, expert development, depositions, and motion practice.
  • Prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Develop case strategies that maximize outcomes and accountability.
  • Guide clients and families with compassion and clarity during difficult matters.
  • Collaborate with medical experts and consultants.
  • Use the firm's technology suite to manage cases throughout their lifecycle.
  • Serve as a trusted advocate for clients seeking justice and closure.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the applicable State Bar.
  • 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, ideally involving medical negligence/malpractice, catastrophic injury, and/or nursing home matters.
  • Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to independently manage a significant caseload.
  • Exceptional client communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Driven, compassionate approach with motivation for meaningful work and long-term professional growth.
