Description

Handle cases day to day from pre-litigation through litigation.
Manage pre-suit responsibilities and, depending on experience, perform senior attorney duties after a claim is filed.
Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda.
Guide clients through the case process and provide ongoing case support.
Work with expert witnesses, including conferences, expert reports, and affidavits.
Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Requirements

J.D. from a fully ABA-accredited law school.
Active member in good standing of the bar in the state where you are based or applying.
Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus.
Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
Open to attorneys with employment law experience, transferable broader litigation experience, or interest in moving to plaintiff-side employment law.
Willingness to work in one of the firm’s growing markets, including Massachusetts, California, Washington, DC, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, or Michigan.

Benefits

Salary range of $85,000 to $500,000 USD.
