Description

  • Serve as a liaison between clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and the WCAB.
  • Gather and organize relevant documentation, including reports and records.
  • Monitor medical treatment progress for active cases.
  • Track case deadlines, hearings, and status updates using case management software.
  • Provide client service by keeping clients informed of case progress and explaining procedures and timelines.
  • Support the law firm's day-to-day operations and administrative services.
  • Assist the legal team with case management tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree in paralegal studies, paralegal certificate, or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Extensive computer and database experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace is preferred.
