Description

  • Manage Best Case data entry and bankruptcy case information.
  • Request and collect client documents such as pay stubs, records, and vehicle valuations.
  • Organize case files and prepare matters for final review.
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and documentation.
  • Use Kelly Blue Book to support vehicle valuation requests.
  • Follow firm-specific workflows and processes after training.
  • Assist with estate planning, family law, and real estate-related work as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of legal assistant experience.
  • Background in a law firm or experience handling paralegal duties is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate in paralegal studies, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • Expert-level experience with Best Case is required.
  • Experience with Kelly Blue Book for vehicle valuations.
  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using cloud platforms, remote communication tools, and legal systems.
  • High-level reading and comprehension skills for legal documents and client information.
  • Professional written and spoken English communication skills.
