Description

Define and execute the Germany growth strategy.
Identify and prioritize the highest-impact channels, campaigns, and partnerships.
Localize the Shopify webshop experience to maximize conversion.
Ensure messaging, content, and tone resonate with the German market.
Scale performance marketing across Meta, Google, and marketplaces.
Partner with central growth, creative, and product teams on campaigns and creative.
Own the German market P&L and performance targets.
Track and report on core KPIs, including traffic, revenue, conversion rate, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
Identify and manage local freelancers, agencies, and partners.
Build relationships within the German marketing and creator ecosystem.

Requirements

Experience as a senior growth marketer or expansion lead scaling D2C e-commerce brands.
Strong understanding of German consumer behavior and market dynamics.
Deep expertise in performance marketing and conversion optimization.
Experience owning revenue targets, CAC, and market-level performance.
Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Fluent in German and English.
Well-connected within the German marketing, agency, or creator ecosystem.
Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and a builder mentality.
Comfort operating with high autonomy and accountability.
Data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization.
Hands-on and pragmatic, with a strong bias to action.
Resilient and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
