Description

  • Provide timely, high-quality support to customers and partners across email, Slack, and other support channels.
  • Investigate customer issues, identify root causes, and resolve problems professionally.
  • Document customer interactions and case details accurately in support tools and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and operational issues affecting customers.
  • Meet performance targets for CSAT, QA scores, and productivity.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and share insights to improve workflows, documentation, and the customer experience.
  • Follow established support processes while helping handle more complex cases.
  • Support the delivery of a smooth customer experience across MoonPay’s products and services.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Operations roles within technology-driven companies.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as FinTech, Crypto, Web3, or Consumer Technology is preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly to customers.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple support cases simultaneously.
  • Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and products quickly in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Based in South Africa and able to work remotely, with the option to use the Cape Town office.
  • Available for a 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential for a permanent role subject to business needs and performance.
