Description

  • Develop high-performance Ruby on Rails backends and APIs for web and mobile projects.
  • Ship clean, impactful code that meets client expectations and business goals.
  • Collaborate with design, QA, and product teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Mentor less experienced developers and support their technical growth.
  • Improve development processes, tooling, and code standards through code review and related practices.
  • Use dedicated time for professional development and staying current with technology trends.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience building complex web and mobile backends with Ruby on Rails.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including PostgreSQL or MySQL, and experience with NoSQL solutions.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Heroku, as well as Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • Proficiency with Docker, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Commitment to TDD and testing with RSpec.
  • Fluency in Git, Unix/Linux CLI, and modern development workflows.
  • Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
